Shipping and delivery policy

Trust that your products will reach you as soon as possible and safely, and you have to know the following rights:

  • Shipping cost: Shipping depends on the weight and location.
  • Shipping period: We ship the products within 1 – 6 days.
  • Shipping methods: Your products can be collected at any branch of the shipping company with which they were shipped to you, or the product was delivered to your address.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping service to more than 200 countries around the world. However, there are some sites that we are unable to ship to. If you are located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and you may receive customs fees when they arrive in your country.

How long does the shipping process take to anywhere?

  • From 6 to 10 working days.
    * This does not include processing time of 1 – 3 days.

Do you provide tracking information?

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers, If you have any feedback on the order, please contact us.

My tracking says “No information available at this time”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2 – 6 working days for the tracking information to be updated on the system. If your order was placed more than 6 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
