Exchange and Return Policy

At ROBINZA, we are keen to provide the best service to our customers, so all your purchases are exchangeable and returnable within 14 days from the date they were shipped to you. The product no way. And then you should contact customer service through the email support@robinza.com, the replacement and return policy includes all products of the ROBINZA website.

replacement (if any)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, it must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you whether or not your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 – 40 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your money yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Ship the items you wish to exchange or return

To return your Product, you must mail the Product, but first contact us at support@robinza.com.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are not refundable. If you get your money back, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary.

Please note: If the product has been inspected and it is found that there is no manufacturing defect, the product will be delivered back to the customer with the return shipping costs, and the products that do not comply with the terms of return will be refused.
